These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by Caronte
Solution Pty Ltd (ABN: 14686087703, ACN: 686087703) ("Caronte Solution", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing our
website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Definitions
Client means the person or entity placing an order; Services means the import and export services provided by
Caronte Solution; Goods means any products supplied by Caronte Solution.
2. Quotations and Orders
All quotations provided by Caronte Solution are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. An order is accepted
when Caronte Solution issues a written confirmation.
3. Pricing and Payment
Prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and exclude GST unless specified otherwise. Payment is due within
14 days of the invoice date, unless agreed in writing.
4. Delivery
Delivery dates are estimates only. Caronte Solution will not be liable for delays caused by events beyond our control
5. Risk and Title
Risk of loss or damage to the Goods passes to the Client upon delivery. Title in the Goods remains with Caronte
Solution until full payment is received.
6. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in any materials provided by Caronte Solution remain our property. Clients are
granted a non-exclusive license to use such materials for the purpose intended.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Caronte Solution’s liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by
the Client for the Services or Goods in question.
8. Indemnity
The Client indemnifies Caronte Solution against any loss, damage, or expense arising from the Client’s breach of
these Terms.
9. Privacy
9.1 Caronte Solution collects, holds and uses personal information about you in accordance with the Privacy Act
1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). 9.2 The types of personal information we collect include,
but are not limited to: name, contact details (email, phone, address), ABN, billing and shipping information, and
any other information necessary to provide our Services. 9.3 We collect personal information directly from you
when you place an order, contact us, subscribe to our newsletter, or otherwise interact with our Services. We may
also collect information from third parties where permitted by law. 9.4 We use personal information to: (a) process
and fulfil orders; (b) communicate with you; (c) improve our Services; (d) comply with legal and regulatory
obligations; and (e) for direct marketing, where you have consented. 9.5 We may disclose your personal
information to our service providers, shipping and logistics partners, and as required by law. We will not sell your
personal information to third parties. 9.6 You have the right to access and correct the personal information we

10. Force Majeure
Neither party is liable for failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters,
strikes, or governmental actions.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive
jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
12. Amendments
Caronte Solution may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on our website.
